What do we mean by lack of leadership? Along with Visit Digital, we have found that most clients are unaware of how to assess if a website is underperforming. That blind spot results in inaction and a chipping away at efficacy.
A website’s performance, its structure and engagement and how they compare to competitors’ sites should be as crystal clear to management teams as a P&L statement.
The good news is that digital insight drives effective change – for example, changes to website architecture for one client led to a 300% increase in organic revenue.
