Sometimes a project comes along when you become acutely aware of how critical words can be. You weigh up each word, phrase and the impact they can have as you are communicating information to teams responsible for the welfare of often very vulnerable people.
We were grateful to be considered for a project – which addresses a difficult and sensitive issue – for International Red Cross Red Crescent. Their team has been brilliant, and we hope that this is an instance where being Good With Words will translate into doing good with words.
